Do you have it in your frontal lobe if/when we need your services again?

It was a pleasure to collaborate with you in connection with a wedding ceremony in Strømmen Church on July 24, 2010.

There was high quality and professionalism throughout, during the preparations and the actual implementation.

As a priest, I hear a lot of gossip, so to speak, but it was a pleasure to listen to you and it really lifted the ceremony.

The extra song that the bride would surprise her loved one with after the marriage ceremony and before the intercession really set the tone.

Your professionalism was also evident in your helpfulness when the church minister did not come, so you are literally playing on many strings.

And he masters it very well.

We were celebrating our both turning 60 and chose to combine it with a big summer/friends party.

We were about 40 and the age of the partygoers ranged from 25 to 65.

Initially, we were going to have a band we knew from before, but they canceled and then we had to go looking for someone else. So it was quite by chance that we landed on Perfekt Day. We heard some audio clips online, looked at the repertoire and thought that this will probably be okay. But this duo delivered far beyond what we had expected and also more than we had dared to hope for.

The music started with pleasant background music during the welcome and dinner service.

Eventually it became a music quiz ala Beat for Beat and it was a real hit. Linn led the way and had chosen good melodies that people recognized. The atmosphere was great!

After that, they started Linedancing. Not only did they play and sing, but Linn also instructed in Linedancing and got the whole party sound on the floor. Throughout the evening, they entertained with catchy dance music, and there was a lot of dancing and fun.

The feedback from all the guests has been that this was a fantastic party, and the music in particular was absolutely great. Everyone had a great time!

These two are great musicians, have beautiful voices and in addition they have communication skills beyond the ordinary and the ability to adapt the repertoire to the audience and the mood. It is a great pleasure to be able to recommend them! – we will definitely ask them again on future occasions.

I would like to write a short note about Linn and Knut Erik's performance at a wedding in Strømmen Church this summer.

Linn sang Schubert's “Ave Maria” to my organ accompaniment and I was impressed by her exquisite musicality and simple way of conveying it. This is truly a “touchstone” for a singer.

Then she sang together with Knut Erik, and this was like “hand in glove”.

Knut Erik even took it upon himself to stand in for me as a church servant in my absence.

You are people I would really like to work with in the future!

They provided musical entertainment in the church in the form of singing and piano during the wedding ceremony itself, and at the party Knut Erik played table music (piano) during dinner, and later in the evening they played along with a guitarist until dancing.

They played and mastered a wide range of waltzes, dances and popular music, and both we as the organizers and the guests were very satisfied with the job they did.

They were very important contributors to making the party a fun and entertaining memory.

We were very pleased with Knut Erik and Linn, they were both serious and punctual and had clearly put in a lot of work in preparation for the event. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need musicians for various events.

We hired Perfect Day for a family party where the ages ranged from 7-80. The duo created a great atmosphere and played well-known cover songs - it got pretty much everyone on the dance floor.

If you are planning a party, I can safely recommend hiring Perfect Day.

A fantastic duo who really filled my 60th birthday with everything I could want in terms of music; table music at the reception, quiet music when it suited me, dance music for those who wanted to shake things up a bit and cheer music to set the mood. You will find that this couple are one of the nicest people you will ever meet, are very good musicians, have brilliant singing voices and are open to any wishes you may have in terms of party music. In addition, they are wonderfully flexible and continuously adapt to the development of the party. They are more than worth the money, in fact they are low in terms of performance level and what they give back. I could not be happier with the choice!
